Our luxurious and fully equipped townhome will provide you a very comfortable and relaxing stay while in Durango.  Conveniently located just 3 miles south of historic downtown Durango and its many shops, entertainment and restaurants.  Our townhome is located on the Animas River and is situated at the base of the Purple Cliffs which has been designated as Gold Medal Waters by the Colorado Wildlife Commission.  With over 9000 miles of rivers and creeks in Colorado, only 168 miles of these are considered Gold Medal Water which offers the greatest potential for trophy trout fishing.

Just step outside and walk down to the Animas River or take a stroll along the Animas River Trail.  Tired from a day of activities or work, sit and relax on any one of the three levels of our townhome.  Enjoy watching people fish, kayak, or perhaps just listen day or night to the relaxing sounds of the flowing river.  Keep your eye peeled for the occasional eagle that may be fishing the waters as well.

Our townhome is also conveniently located just 3 miles from the new Regional Medical Center, 10 miles from the public airport, and approximately 30 miles from the Durango Mountain Ski Resort.
